  EXTREMELY helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I went in with a problem with my phone and they went out of their way to figure out the solution. Unlike other Verizon stores I have dealt with in the past, they were not pushy, or aggressive in pushing me to get a new phone, but took the time to assist me and answer all my questions. In the end, yes I did get a new phone, but NOT because they pushed me into it. VERY happy with this store and staff. This will be my go-to Verizon store from now on! Thanks for all your help ladies.
